Hardwork!

For this few month, I got motivated by a energy combine of my family, friends and colleagues.

I had been start up the 1st step and will continue the hardwork to success although it might not be so easy from time to time. But once we stop and doubt we lose some time; we stop and think others we lose some time. Only the continous hardwork and think nothing else but keep heading to the correct direction and you will reach your destiny one day.

I would happy when my family, friends and colleagues as well to reach the success with me.

Only the people knowing their dream is living in the world.

Don't lost yourself. Dare to dream and you will get what you dream off. No matter how big or small your dream. Keep dreaming and convert your dream to target to reach.

To declare!

I think I need to declare! I declare I wanna bring my mother seat in business class to China at year 2011! So bear with me. I will do it!

Chicken session... haha

Remember that day I brief mum what to use and roughly explain how to cook.

Put the 8 ingredient to cook before putting into the stomach. Just before she went to meet her friend. Then I try to get some sleep.

But after she back and after I wake up. The chicken is already steaming in the wok. Haha. The reason is I tell my mum too early the procedure and she got the ability to do it herself without my involvement. Therefore, I still have got the chance to involve in the whole process.

I only in seasoning the chicken and chop the chicken after the chicken is cook. Haha. That's also an involvement I think. Haha.

CNY Dishes

This is what I learn at my fren's house. A CNY dish, and I am doing it with my mum this weekend. Really looking forward to it. Hope I will success.

Inside the chicken, we put not just a ingredient... not 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, but 8 ingredient inside the stomach of the chicken.

This is the 1st dish I learn for the CNY. Next week will learn another dish. Therefore, stay with me for update with the ingredient used and also the simple technicque.

p/s: I not doing any cooking so far but will try to cook something with loves one is so great!

cousin healthiness

Today my cousin discharge out from hospital. I so glad to hear that he recover so fast by just operation on last tuesday. Now what I hope is only he can fully recover as soon as possible.

He got spine problem since long time ago as no one else realise and sudden discover on some family gathering. He quite shy about that and seldom letting other to know more on it. Just we family member manage to open his cloth and have a look on it and touch it as we like. I know he not comfort with that so I seldom calling him to show me. But by just asking him in his comfort zone would be enough for me.

Firstly I thought want to buy him a PSP but mum told me that he not staying at hospital so long till he got enjoy the game. So I put off the thinking and hoping that he will recover soon.

19th Day

Today will have celebration at Clarke Quay with colleague. To celebrate 3 colleague's birthday at Nov. It's quite different style while I had during my internship which will only having cake on the day or day before the birthday. Now one time celebrate 3 colleagues' birthday will be a new thing for me.

The night we hook on at Arena. Quite alive club, cause got live band at the night. The song was not very new but all is classic which most of the ppl will sing along. Had fun on the night. But quite exp, so hope once in a while would be enough. Hehe.

18th Day

Today is Jog & Walk day for this week.

Quite enjoying. Cause this jog not tiring anymore and know how to jog on hill. That's walk up & jog down. Hehe. Clever move. Today got discover that got some exhibition at the end of the walk.

And the recycle machine in Singapore are there. But don't have the chance to have a look on it.

Thursday mood not bad. Cause got things to do and manage to learn something.

17th Day

Again. I did it again. Only got chance to to blog on weekend.

17th day suppose to be Wednesday. Wednesday I do up an IFA and VO for my CM. But the IFA need to wait till Monday to be confirm. The VO gave CM before 6pm then need to wait her check on it.

Just after Wednesday then will feel the week will end soon.

16th Day

Dear all, today I reached home early. Once I step in the house I heading to kitchen seeing my wife cooking for me. It's so touch even I haven eat the food. My wife sometime is very understanding girl, but most of the time not. Haha.

Today workload quite ok because I can learn new thing and manage to get in on time. But still got few waiting for me as quite similar task of today. It's time for me to improve myself and master something I need in future.

15th day

today i must give something out to my CM for the task she asked for. that's why the whole day i was just doing one task and finish it with a bit of exceed the time. so, by the time i gave her the thing, she already left office.

possible that she will have a look on it on monday. hope she can give me some comment and let me know if i can improve myself.

today my RO didn't come for the lunch treat. maybe she refuse to treat me lunch le. hehe. JK.

so a happy weekend is waiting me ahead. enjoy life!

13th Day

That's today... yeah finally got it till here. Today I can't finish my work. Maybe I really not practicing QS been long time. It make me start from new. That's why I can't finish it on time.

Never mind, I still got time to improve. That's what I happy for. Well happy go lucky is kind of me.

12th Day

Today is Wednesday, feel quite refresh in the morning after last night jog to Mount Faber. That's the place I know the 3rd Merlion in Singapore.

11th Day

Today I was planning to go for work permit collection as well as the birth cert. But workload just make me stay at office for the whole day. It's just because everything seems too rush for me then. Maybe lack of experience, that's why I can do my thing in time. Hopefully it will get fix time after.

That's all cause rushing to another day.

10th day

Today is Monday.

Sure I will have Monday blue, but it will pass so fast with my work. Cause by today I need to give my RO a measurement after she brief to me last Friday after the Architect explanation.

I can't finish up by one day, cause it kind of boring when you keep looking for 8-9 drawings the whole day. So I take some OT for completing it. Then I can go to collect my work permit and birth cert translation for tomorrow Tuesday.

That's all I can remember for 5 days after.

9th day

Friday only is the 9th day as I already mix up with the date already.

Today I can't really remember what I did if I don't refer back to my schedule. Hopefully I still can continue my each day record for my working day. It's kind of memory when I look back the previous post.

Sometime I can relax my mind and try to figure out something while day dreaming. But just like the elephant. It will forget when wake up. Was it real? Hopefully. Cause I had been trust to this legend for many years.

So that's all after I got back to this blog about 6 days after.

9th day

Just know that I left out a day without mentioned.

I got my breakfast this few day, thanks to my wife for making me a delicious breakfast everyday. It do light up my mood everyday knowing that got someone for me to take care for. So, I will try to work harder and smarter as well.

Today I just got read up another 1 VO and leave 6 more pending for my action. Tomorrow must not be so stubborn to find out all as I still got one round discussion with the CM later on.

Just before I knock off, another CM approach me telling me that I will need to do a RVO for her project in coming time. I know what she told me in English but I just can't reply in a well English. Not just for that time, today when my briefing session; when I start to ask a question in the pubic then I almost got heart attack. My heart pump so hard till I breathe hard. I really need the exposure for talking more in English. I like my current environment as I got many chance to speak and write English. That's what I can't make it when I'm at my hometown.

7th Day

Today 7th day. Quite a mysterious day.

Remember yesterday I did mention about 5 VO to do per day? Today I only manage to get 3 read up and picked some question on it. On the other hand, it mean 7 is waiting me for the day. I just remember that tomorrow I will have a half day briefing! So that mean I only got half day to finish up the remaining 7 VO. How!!! Hope that miracle happened and I manage to get the 7 done in time and in well condition. Cause I didn't have a long brief on it but I will try to do it by my own self.

That's differenciate ppl. One senior will explain to you what to do very briefly and another will only let you the task and waiting for the outcome.

Yeah, before I forget; today I manage to do a task with my own (just without the CM consent while I got my peers to help me on it). At last, it just end up with a date amendment! What a big day for me. Thanks a lot to my peer. Will treat them well in coming days hopefully. It very different to my friend (new made friend), his senior will saying they are busy btw they just facebooking or doing none company things around and refuse to teach him. It make him want to look for another job. What a sad story? Hope that I wouldn't meet up such senior or colleague.

So tomorrow I will attending a brief for half day. Hopefully I can learn something on it and can finish up my task although I might need some OT, I think. That's why I refuse to have dating tomorrow. Just spare some time for my works before I can really relax myself.

6th Day

Monday took leave so the 6th day start by Tuesday this week. Today I went to MOM for my work permit. I had been MOM once for my last employment, but this time the place change and I can't find it by my own without browsing through internet like before. So, spent some time on it but finally made it. So I will have my new work permit next Monday.

Today quite special cause I got my project list by late morning then I can start doing my own work instead of reading up the material. But, people is only appreciate when lost. When I want to start my work as another ACM called me to do that she mentioned that was urgent and the due date is coming Tuesday. Although I had been given one week to complete it but minus out 2 days weekend and today and tomorrow I got dating that means I only got 2 days to complete 10 RVOs. With average 5 to be done in 1 day. 1 day is 8 hours and 1 day need to be OT I think. Yeah, come back to appreaciate time, I really hope that I got more time to reading up the material before I start the works. But in real life, especially in work. You just can expect the unexpected.

Today got the jog and quite relaxing after that. Hope I can maintain it for everyweek from now on.

5th Day

Today is my 5th day (weekend eve). Hehe.

At start I was very excited because as what my CM told me that she will assign me something to do other than reading the practice notes.

Early in the morning, I was smsed to meet up with my CM for the assignment at 9am.

I reach at the office at 830am (a bit late than before) but just in time. After received the sms, I quickly made my early Milo for breakfast drink. Then thinking about the assignment. Thinking what should I do for FOT. Will it be too difficult task for me? Or an easy task but I just can't finish it well? After struggling for some time, I decide to meet up with the CM and brought a note book for record when needed.

After reaching her desk, she mentioned that I so early. (By right, I just 4 mins earlier) Then I openned my notebook telling that give me some time to record for the task. (This is what I learn after my very 1st job, my colleague told me that if I can't remember then better I record it somewhere before fault was made). The CM saying no need for record.

After she told me the task then I know why it doesn't need to record. Because she got all the hard copy paper for me to reference when doing the task.

The task was combine of two separate FOT into one so that the project can be call for tender later on. She told me the story of why this two FOT needed to be combine and why do these two FOT exist. The due date is today!

After understand what she told me about, I heading back to my workplace with some confidence that I will finish up by lunch. But just I start to doing it. I realise that it is not easy as I understand. Well, thinking of something is far more easy when you really get your hand on it.

When I finish up reading 1st FOT and update with the lastest workscope, I start to read up with 2nd FOT. I realise that this two FOT is in different format of presenting it. So, I mail my CM saying do I need to united the format as it doesn't feel right when two formatting in a contract document later on. Then she told me that I can follow the later format as it done by her last time.

So? my 1st FOT was wrong in formatting! Just don't drag on the time (about 1 and half hour after 9am), I cont on the second FOT and update with the latest work scope. Telling myself that I can come back later with the formatting. (It's easy for my thought)

After !@#$!@#$.... A quarter pass 3pm. I finish with my checking on it. Then I send back the combined copy and ask for task with CM. CM gave me another task; to check her numbering for the specification given by the Engineers. She said the Engineers and Architect suppose to give her with correcting number and it shall not our department's scope for doing it. I said why not we gave back to them and call them to correct the number then. But she saying that if she doing so then her work can't be end by the due date which she also going to have off day on Monday like I do. Haha.

Yeah, Monday will be my submission for my PR application. But now I still lack of work pass, birth cert (English version) and some photocopy documents. Wish myself good luck then for the submission. As if I success then I will have CPF (something like EPF at Malaysia).

4th day

Today is a training & briefing day as I can describe. From morning till afternoon is briefing on the IT materials. Then late afternoon briefing for the HR thing. So today my time on my workplace less than 1 hours I can say.

Today is one of my colleague farewell. She resign as a CM. For my company, CM like 3 level higher then me. After QS, ACM then to CM. As she explain that she wish to change new environment and it just life. For me, changing new environment is just a common reason that people used. There must be a reason when you wish to leave or stay. Maybe she now more clearly on what she really looking for. Wish her all the best in her future btw.

Tomorrow early morning I shall got task to do. Cause just before I knock off from my work then my RO called me to help her for the FOT. I really excited when she call me for that, it's my 1st job after joining the company. Don't know how's my performance then. So later I will try to find out what to do roughly through my imagination or experience.

Long time does not feel like that, It's great that I still alive and enjoying the life.
